Microsoft has recently published a series of training materials for SharePoint Web Content Management. These topics cover everything from designing a consistent look and feel, to constructing your server infrastructure, to securing your installation. Each module contains a Word document containing instructions, with accompanying video modules. This is a nice set of free learning modules to take advantage of.
