Microsoft has provided guidance on making the move from SharePoint workflows to Power Automate. To see if your tenant is still using any SharePoint 2013 workflows, you should download and configure the Microsoft 365 Assessment tool. You can then use the SharePoint 2013 Workflow Assessment module to generate a report of usage within your tenant.
