During the conference I’d love you to watch my session:

Introduction to SharePoint Communications Sites.
While SharePoint is well known for its ability to facilitate collaboration between teams of people within an organization, another major purpose of corporate intranets is also to publish official information from a central source to a wider audience. In the past, SharePoint Publishing sites accommodated this functionality. Now, Microsoft has released Communication Sites, which are mobile-ready sites that also allow the publication of information within your organization. In this session, I’ll review the functionality of Communication sites, as well as discuss when Communication sites should, or should not, replace Publishing sites. Additionally, I’ll be demonstrating the new Hub sites.

If you join me, you will learn:

  • How to build a Communication Site
  • The components available to use in a Communication site
  • How this fits into the larger Office 365 publishing model
